Salary £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance £5.3k + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working. Our client is looking for a Chartered Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager with the ability to run multiple projects at one time across all stages, ideally with experience in education, healthcare or commercial projects. Role & Responsibilities Working on projects from feasibility to completion Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality and risk across all stages Work in close contact with the client/s, advising through the project lifecycle Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards Awareness of the project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion and post-handover Implement project controls for example programmes and risk registers Management of meetings, taking and preparation of minutes Preparation of progress reports and present to clients Procurement of professional teams and contractors Manage multidisciplinary project teams Administrating building contracts (JCT and NEC). Required Skills & Experience MRICS or MCIOB or MAPM Experience as a Project Manager / Programme Manager at senior or intermediate level 5+ years' experience Consultancy background is essential Experience working on education, healthcare or commercial projects Experience in working on multiple projects at one time Excellent client facing experience.
