Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead a dedicated team and be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled production team, fostering a culture of engagement and productivity. Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to enhance workflow. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to safety and quality. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address issues and optimize production workflows. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Qualifications: Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within precision engineering or a related sector. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
