Responsibilities: To work closely with the children in your care to evaluate the needs of the children and the best methods to implement changes, so that they can be kept safe and reach their full potential in all areas. You will have experience analysing and completing assessments and writing children's plans to a high standard with an emphasis on showing the voice of the children, young people, and families to ensure that the best outcomes can be achieved.
