Panel Beater

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a modern and clean accident repair centre, for an experienced Panel Beater . This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, with the potential to earn an additional £12,600 in bonuses, bringing the total OTE potential to £57,600 per year. Key Responsibilities of the Panel Beater: Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles. Use your technical skills to assess and repair damaged bodywork. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding repair progress. Preferred Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Panel Beater within the accident repair industry. Strong knowledge of panel beating techniques and equipment. ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential). Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: Up to £45,000, depending on experience, with an OTE potential of £57,600.
