Chef's required for a NEW OPENING which is SPANISH FINE DINING. They are looking for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF and CHEF DE PARTIE'S for this new opening in london, this is a high-end restaurant serving Spanish/Mediterraneanhigh-end dishes. The chefs will be doing 45hrs, they will have a open kitchen, which will create a great feel for the restaurant, with the grill at the heart of this, for grilling amazing spanish meats. You will run the kitchen for the head chef, ensure the kitchen ready for service, step into any sections not doing well. This role will include all your standard senior sous chef duties.As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure the section runs smoothly and the dishes are of a high end spanish fine dining standard.
