The Opportunity:
Are you ready to step up and lead a substantial project? We re looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to take charge of a prestigious £20M build in South Manchester. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience managing smaller projects or someone eager to lead their first large-scale project. Join one of the UK s top 20 construction contractors, where your input will be key to the successful delivery of a project for a blue chip client.

Responsibilities:

As the lead Quantity Surveyor on this high-profile project, you ll be responsible for the financial and contractual aspects of the build from inception through to completion. Key tasks include:

• Overseeing cost management, budgeting, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met.
• Managing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Leading monthly progress reviews and project reporting, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating risk to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
