About Our Client Our client is a global packaging market leader. The Role We are seeking a knowledgeable Customer Account Manager to join our client. In this role, you will support customers in bringing their products to market, acting as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and providing guidance on the complexities of product packaging. Customer Account Manager Responsibilities Manage internal sales activities, ensuring clear communication with customers and addressing their needs promptly. Support external sales teams by assisting with general inquiries and facilitating the progression of new projects. Follow up on all active projects weekly, maintaining open communication channels. Build and sustain strong customer relationships, providing expert guidance to enhance customer satisfaction. Use your organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Customer Account Manager Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
