We have an exciting opportunity for a Design Coordinator in the Midlands. This position is working for a main building contractor who operate across the Midland's region. This opportunity will see you working on projects ranging in value from 2m - 15m in the Public and Private Sectors. The contractor has a strong pipeline of work over the next couple of years and have a good track record of producing high quality projects. They are also growing well and looking to expand their team meaning there is scope for progression into a Design Manager role.

The Design Coordinator Role:
- Ensuring drawings, specifications and deliverables for the design are produced on time, to a high quality.
- Supporting the design process using technical expertise; programming design works and monitoring compliance.
- Striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process.
- Working with the site teams to help produce a quality project.
- Overseeing BREEAM documentation.
The Successful Design Coordinator will have:
- A minimum of a basic Technical understanding of Building
- Full UK driver's license.
- Experience with BREEAM and other Building compliance documentation.
Salary dependant on experience: up to 50,000.00 p/a + car allowance
