Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM Systems Analyst
My client is a reputable service sector organisation, who are actively embarking on a large scale digital transformation project across the business; including a full upgrade of their existing CRM solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. They are actively seeking an enthusiastic system analyst, with experience in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM, to join the project team across the end to end implementation/ roll out project moving forward. This hands on, functional role will also include involvement with integration projects running concurrently; My client offers full home based flexibility, with expectation of very occasional on-site time; project phase dependant.
Working within a small team on the end to end functional upgrade life cycle from Dynamicsa CRM to D365 CE; including requirement gathering/ analysis, process mapping/ design, documentation, testing, training users
System customisation & config tasks - low code, power platform/ power automate configuration
providing excellent analysis expertise, and coordinating with third party providers
Proven experience implementing/ supporting Dynamics 365 CE/ Dynamics CRM software
End to end project life cycle skills, from analysis/ design through to go-live
Power BI/ data reporting experience (preferable, not essential)
Starting base salary up to £40,000 (flexible, experience dependant)
