Senior Site Manager

Our Client a South East London based Construction Main Contractor currently seek an experienced Senior Site Manager to head up one of their new build projects in Herne Bay, Kent.

The work itself is a new Development and is set to provide 20 no. new Apartments for Private Sale and finished to a high specification directly adjacent to the Sea Front and High Street areas,

It is essential that you have SMSTS, a Management CSCS card, can provide excellent recent work references, have experience in New Build Residential Apartment developments, and have a proven track record of taking projects out of the Ground through to completion

Duties will include:

* Handling the full package: Groundworks, Build, Fit Out and Aftercare

* Managing Sub Contractors

* Tool Box talks and inductions

* Chairing site meetings

* Looking after Direct Labour Force

* Managing work program

* Reporting directly to Joint Managing Directors

* All other associated tasks

This is a permanent position attached with an immediate start.
