Job Title:Cladding Designer (Revit)

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cladding solutions using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate cladding designs with overall building systems.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is achieved during construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to cladding.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cladding design and building envelope systems.
• Proven experience usingAutoDeskRevit in a professional environment,including creating and modifying families, familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BIM tools) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cladding materials, systems, and performance requirements.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices related to cladding.
• Ability to create and manage 3D models and details for cladding applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and documentation.
• Ability to analyse design challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and specifications clearly.
