Join Our Client as a Responsible Individual! We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join a dynamic team as a Responsible Individual. This is a pivotal role offering a salary of £63,614.72 per annum, reporting directly to the Director of Support. In this role, you will: Lead and develop high-quality, person-centred support services. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, specifically under the RISCA framework. Drive innovation and improvement in service delivery, working closely with internal and external partners. Manage budgets, set strategic objectives, and lead a dedicated team of managers and staff.What We're Looking For: A diploma-level qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). At least 3 years of experience in managing people, services, and budgets within the social care sector. A strong working knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
