Electrician

4 Electricians required for Hinkley Point C immediate starts available!

Long Contract 12-24 mths

Ideally contractors already inducted on site but will consider contractors who haven t

£28 p/h CIS with some flex for very experienced candidates.

• Must have industrial electrical experience.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician on this kind of site or similar preferred
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working at height (upto 50 ft)
• Good health, physically mobile and able to work in a variety of industrial environments.
• Relevant vocational training JIB Gold Card, CSCS Card, 18TH Edition, 2391 and IPAF preferrable
• D+A Tests will be carried out on the commencement of work and randomly
• Water treatment, process control and instrumentation experience preferred

Duties

• Electrical installations including containment, glanding and SWA cabling
• Heavy Ladder work (600ml)
• Cutting, bracketry, fixings and drilling work initially
• Glanding and connecting mainly armoured cables, flexes and control cables (medium size)

Working Hours

Mon Thurs 7am 6pm

Fri 7am 3pm (subject to change)

Pay/ Salary: £28 p/h may be a little flex
