Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

BDS are currently recruiting for a confident and knowledge Shelterd Housing Scheme Manager to work within a retirement living service for older adults based in Ilford, IG3. The main role is to provide support with the day to say running of the service. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required. Main duties include but are not limited too; * Welfare checks on residents. * Health and safety checks * Signposting * Organising activities * Reporting any maintenance requirements Role Summary: * 25 (To be delivered between Monday to Friday) * Working with older adults (Aged 55 +) * Based in Ilford * Temp on going to start ASAP Pay Rate; £14.26ph PAYE- £17.63ph UMB Apply now for immediate consideration
