Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork Experience Required Location: Enfield Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in brickwork and blockwork to join the team in Enfield. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all cost-related aspects of the brickwork project, ensuring it stays on budget. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to optimize resources. • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in brickwork, blockwork or masonry projects. • Strong understanding of construction costs and project management. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
