You will facilitate engaging workshops, deliver one-on-one coaching, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster confidence and resilience in every learner. What You’ll Be Doing: * Assess and celebrate learners’ strengths while crafting personalized action plans. * Lead dynamic workshops and provide coaching to boost employability skills. * Build strong, encouraging relationships with learners, helping them navigate challenges and embrace opportunities. * Connect learners with resources and networks to amplify their success. * Track and celebrate learner progress, adapting plans to keep momentum alive. What We’re Looking For: * A genuine passion for education and a commitment to guiding learners toward their dreams. * Strong communication and coaching skills that inspire confidence. * A proactive approach to fostering cultural inclusivity and building partnerships. * Desired qualifications include PTTLS/AET or CIAG certification.
