Position Mobile Fabric Engineer Salary Up to £34,000 per annum + package Location South London Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Reporting Into Engineering Manager Tecrec are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to work on a portfolio of commercial contracts across South London. Our client is one of the UKs oldest independent building contractors. Trading for over 200 years, the business has evolved from a small specialist contractor into a medium sized, multi-discipline contractor with an annual turnover of over £30m. The company has three main workstreams: Building, Mechanical & Electrical and Maintenance. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites across South London (Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth & Richmond. You will be working across one clients portfolio of commercial sites. Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible. The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge and previous experience of manging a team within FM. Are you looking for a position which offers the following?
