You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of financial technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of fintech applications and related technologies. Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust technical solutions. Lead team retrospective meetings to drive continuous improvement. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Work across multiple repositories for both in-house and external fintech projects, ensuring top-tier code quality, scalability, and performance. Leverage Docker for containerisation, Git/GitHub for version control, and Storybook for UI management. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Skills and Experience Required Experience mentoring other developers. Proficiency in React and Python. Experience with AWS. Knowledge of Django.
