Job Title: SEND Teacher – SLD/ASD (Full-time) Location: Feltham Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher? Do you have a strong background in supporting children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), particularly those who exhibit significant challenging behaviours? A specialist school in Feltham is looking to recruit a dedicated SEND Teacher to lead a small, structured class of students with SLD and ASD. The role requires an individual with experience working in a SEND setting and a commitment to helping these children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a structured class of children with SLD and ASD. Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students. Use effective strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviours. Work closely with the school’s multidisciplinary team to support each child's development. Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. The Role: Full-time position, 5 days a week, starting immediately. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.  Proven experience in a SEND school, working with children with SLD and ASD. Expertise in managing challenging behaviours effectively.
