Role Overview: They are seeking a talented and passionate Level 2/3 Application Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Belfast. This role is vital in expanding their global support operations for our core product suite, which is utilised by leading names in the financial industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support, primarily focusing on first and second-level issues. Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Take ownership of client onboarding processes and support-related tasks. Adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Unix/Linux environments. Utilise your knowledge of market data and order entry within financial services to provide tailored support. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support ideally within financial services. Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new tools and processes. Familiarity with networking concepts, deployment management, and scripting languages is a plus.
