As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include… * Reporting into the Assistant Service Manager, monitoring multiple email inboxes * Problem-solving, liaising with customers, booking in jobs & organising engineers * Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM system (CASH) * Liaising with team managers and engineers daily to ensure tasks are complete * Dealing with incoming communication from customers/engineers, taking/making calls * Any other reasonable request/general admin duty (scanning, printing, filing etc.) We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience… * Good communication, customer service & problem-solving skills * Motivated and able to work independently, using initiative * IT literate (CRM & MS Office), reliable, organised, hardworking with good planning skills * Understand the importance of & happy to adhere to all company policies/procedures * Positive, friendly and helpful team member, acting as a company ambassador * Ability to & interest in maintaining/developing relationships with clients & colleagues In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £20,000-£25,000, plus the following benefits… * 30 days holiday * Private medical care * Breakfast morning once a month * Social parties * Attendance bonus scheme
