The Dunbia Group, Dungannon are looking for a Group Payroll Administrator join our dynamic payroll team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accurately and efficiently managing large volume payroll processes, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory obligations, and providing an exceptional service to the business. This is an excellent on site entry level opportunity for someone to gain experience to develop a career in payroll within a leading supplier of meat products in the Food Industry. You will be working with and learning from a highly experienced team and joining a business whose passion to be the best is unrivalled. This role is fully based onsite. The Role: Assist with preparation and processing of multi sites payrolls paying 2500+ employees. Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis. Assist with payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions. Weekly RTI submissions. Maintain and update payroll records. Liaise with HR re staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, condition of service and other relevant matters. Liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related queries The Person: Essential 6-12 months experience as a payroll administrator or similar Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of payroll procedures/processes. Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages to process and manage payroll accurately and timely. Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyse reports and reconcile data Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
