Proman is currently looking for Handyman/Store Keeper in Deeside, CH5 2 Pay rate: £17 per hour depending on experiences Location: Deeside Must have CSCS card Responsibilities Inventory Management Stock Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain the inventory levels of MEP materials and components. Inventory Recording: Accurately record incoming and outgoing MEP inventory items in the inventory management system. Reordering Supplies: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when they fall below predetermined levels to ensure availability. Receiving and Inspection Goods Reception: Receive incoming shipments of MEP materials and equipment. Quality Inspection: Inspect the quality and quantity of received items against purchase orders and delivery notes. Documentation: Document any discrepancies or damages in received goods and communicate with suppliers for resolution. Storage and Organization Material Storage: Properly store and organize MEP materials and equipment in designated storage areas. Distribution and Issuance Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack MEP materials and tools for distribution to various job sites or departments. Record Keeping and Reporting Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MEP materials, tools, and equipment. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording and monitoring inventory levels. Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment safely. Computer Proficiency: Experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
