Commissioning and Systems Engineer

Commissioning and Systems Engineer Days Walsall Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Our client is seeking an ambitious controls biased Commissioning and Systems Engineer, to form part of a dedicated team whose primary focus is to transition our automated equipment from completion of build through to customer inspection and sign-off. The commissioning phase can often present a variety of challenges that are especially prevalent when building bespoke equipment to satisfy their diverse customer base. This post-holder will be based on-site at their site in Walsall, but will be required to work from customer sites across the year, providing the ability to travel Worldwide. The successful applicant for this position will need to show: · Experience Designing and Programming (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) , predominantly Siemens S7. · Knowledge of setting up Servos, VFD's, Remote I/O, Ethernet and Profibus networks. · Proven electrical experience within the automation industry. · Full UK Driving License Qualifications: Time Served in a similar role (Essential) Apprentice Trained (Level 3) in an Engineering Discipline (Desirable) 18th Edition (Desirable) If this role is of interest please don't hesitate to send your CV or call (phone number removed) for a cofidential chat
