Finance Business Partner – Lincoln & York Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be appointed as the exclusive recruitment partner to Lincoln & York as we support them in their search for a Finance Business Partner to be based at their head office site in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. Operating out of modern offices with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility they have been a market leader in the roasting and supply of coffee for over 3 decades. Over that time, the business has experienced significant growth, and that has accelerated in the last few years. You will work closely with the operational and commercial teams, providing them with financial insight that will support their decision making and drive business performance. The role will be extremely varied with responsibilities to include:Support the optimisation of a newly implemented ERP & BI systems. Take a lead role in creating insightful information and change management to improve business performanceAnalysis of financial and business data to assess and challenge performance, and to assist management decision makingEvolve and embed recently implemented standard costing methodology, throughout the organisationSupport Sales and Operations teams, in new business development and commercial pricing, planning and forecastingProvide analysis of factory performance and recommend improvementsLead in process development and working with management to drive meaningful insights and control to support and influence business performanceSupport, drive, and lead projects as required to deliver business improvement including Finance led initiatives through to providing finance support to operational or customer facing projectsAs part of a small, focussed, team, assist the wider Finance team members with ad hoc duties as required and be happy to act as cover and support to broader finance activities.Key skills / qualifications required:Naturally inquisitive with a mind set to ask whyA desire to get involved and make things happen Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAnalytically minded with the ability to turn data into insight and actionExperience and understanding of process manufacturing and standard costing methodologyGood knowledge and experience of ERP & reporting systems. MS Dynamics & Power BI experience is desired but not essentialQualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experienceManufacturing sector experience would be preferable although not essential Every day you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.
