Site Manager

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting gas network operations, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all work complies with relevant Health & Safety, environmental legislation, and NRSWA specifications Highlight non-conformities and escalate as required Lead and manage your team, providing high quality training and mentoring Promote continual improvement and innovative ideas Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes Job Requirements: Experience in a similar role within the gas, utility, construction, or infrastructure sectors Significant experience in managing people and demonstrating commercial awareness NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and SSSTS/SMSTS certification are essential Civil engineering qualification and first aid certification are highly desirable Extensive knowledge of gas and health and safety practices Full and valid driver's licence Benefits: Competitive salary Pension and healthcare benefits Generous holiday allowance starting at 24-26 days per annum Employee benefits programme with discounts at well-known retailers Cycle to work scheme and Employee Assistance Programme If you are an experienced Site Manager looking for a challenging new opportunity within the Oil & Gas industry, we would love to hear from you
