Workplace Technical Designer

This Design and Build Office Fit-Out business is expanding and looking to grow its Design team! They are looking for an experienced Technical Designer. With 20 years of experience within the industry, they have always aimed to offer a fresh perspective with a focus on building long-term client relationships and bold creativity. They are on a mission to turn every workplace into a place where people want to work. Key Responsibilities: Using your technical expertise, you will be responsible for: Create and produce construction packages using AutoCAD Develop detailed project drawing packs Undertake site surveys as required Attend site/project team meetings as needed AutoCAD technical output at each project stage Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Ensure designs adhere to building control regulations Ensure standards are maintained and met    Skills & Experience: Fully fluent in AutoCAD Proficiency in Sketch-Up Relevant experience, preferably Design & Build Experience of Workplace Design projects is a must High level of technical skills with attention to detail Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues Work well under pressure and meet deadlines Confident to work independently as well as with the wider team Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
