We deliver exciting, innovative events, work with some incredible organisations and spread vibes and confidence to thousands of young people across the UK! We are looking for an ENGAGEMENT LEAD, who, through their management of a sales pipeline and proactive client generation, can help us spread the good word about our impact on young people’s lives. We deliver high-energy workshops and events that focus on communication, resilience and life skills in a memorable, fun and impactful way. Our workshops are built to be the antidote to boring, corporate training, and we are looking for someone to fit that ethos. We are looking for an Engagement Lead who is a confident communicator, passionate and driven by achieving results, and who can generate new business for our organisation through sales ,to allow us to expand our reach across the country. We are an organisation based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, but have a national reach and are constantly growing. This opportunity would see you be one of the main client facing voices of our organisation, and use your people, sales, and organisational skills as your primary tool to achieve growth. You will gain:A competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £27,000, reflecting your experience and skills (plus the ability to earn additional bonus and commission).A fast-paced, energetic and fun office environment to work from. A central role in developing and executing transformative programmes.The opportunity to work with a dynamic team passionate about youth development.The opportunity to be an important player in a rapidly growing, young company. Direct engagement with key stakeholders in education and business sectors.A flexible and creative working environment.You will get to:Present our company to potential clientsConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersProvide feedback and after-sales supportReport to the Engagement Manager and Commercial Director on sales resultsYou will need:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written communication skillsExcellent verbal communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentations to large groups of young people and clients Desired, but not essential:BSc/BA in Business Management or other relevant fieldsExperience in a customer support roleExperience in SalesKnowledge of the education marketJOB TYPE: FULL-TIME (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK)SALARY: £23,000 - £27,000 + the ability to earn additional bonus and commission
