Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical or electrical bias) - CB7 Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with previous food/packaging/FMCG/pharmaceutical experience? Location: CB7 (Commutable from Ely, Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Soham, Littleport, and Thetford) Key Details: - Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum - Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Days) - Benefits pack incl life assurance, medicash and pension scheme. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment with an emphasis on electrical systems. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. - Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. - Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. - Previous experience working in a fast paced manufacturing/process environment (food preferred) - Knowledge of electrical systems and relevant qualifications (mechanical bias considered). - Must be a proactive team player with a 'Can-do' approach.
