Aquent is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fintech client's dynamic UK Accountant Marketing Team. This role is crucial in driving customer growth and retention within the accountant practices and bookkeepers sector. As a key player, you will work closely with the sales team to develop, execute, and report on marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, while also supporting sales and service delivery teams to improve client activation (B2B2B).

This is a 12 months contract, offering £74,000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Key Responsibilities: Partner with the UK marketing lead and sales team to devise and develop a growth strategy grounded in customer insights, aligning with our business goals. Create and implement an account-based marketing strategy and plan, targeting both large firms and small practices/bookkeepers to achieve commercial success. Drive marketing campaigns that highlight the value of our products to our accountant base, including product education, launch roll-outs, promotional offers, and advocacy activations. Manage the company's Proadvisor Programme initiatives across the UK. Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing asset creation, from ideation to delivery, collaborating with internal and agency partners. Draft and manage a variety of lifecycle communications, track results, and leverage insights to refine future communications. Organize and execute webinars using Go To Webinar, including recruitment campaigns, lead management, and tracking attendance, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Conduct customer interviews and competitor analysis regularly, sharing insights with relevant teams. Collaborate with marketing teams including events, PR, product marketing, and acquisition to align our communications calendar with compelling content. Work closely with social and sales teams to develop customer case studies.

Key Skills and Experience: Proven track record in driving lifecycle marketing initiatives and account-based marketing campaigns within a B2B context. Proficiency across various channels and formats, such as email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social media, events, and sales enablement. Experience in content creation and management, including drafting copy and managing agency collaborations. Strong partnership skills with sales teams to achieve ambitious performance goals. Expertise in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation tools like Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo. Experience managing webinars using platforms like Go To Webinar. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (e.g., events, sales, product, customer success, analytics, martech). Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and inspire teams, with a knack for sharing learnings across global markets. Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, employing a rapid test-and-learn approach to build experiments and drive results. Background in software/tech is desirable; experience with accountants and bookkeepers is a plus.

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for lifecycle marketing and a knack for engaging with B2B customers, we would love to hear from you.
