About Our Client: Our clients are a lively and innovative interior design and project management company based in West London, committed to delivering exceptional design solutions and seamless project developments. We are currently seeking a talented Project Administrator to join their team, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position.
Role Overview: As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects while providing crucial support to directors. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in interior design and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of interior design projects. Assist in the coordination of project timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate closely with the design team and directors to facilitate project execution. Maintain organised documentation and reporting for ongoing projects.
Working Arrangement: Enjoy flexibility, work from home on Mondays and join the team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Benefit from a Soho Works membership!
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who meets the following criteria: Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the interior design or project management sectors. Procurement experience is a significant advantage. Articulate and client-facing demeanor – first impressions matter! A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
