We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our ongoing recruitment efforts. Role Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for our key accounts. You will be responsible for attracting candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to meet the demands of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking Writing and posting job advertisements to attract relevant candidates Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability Building and maintaining a strong candidate database Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers Supporting consultants with administrative tasks, including CV formatting and reference checks Developing a thorough understanding of client requirements to match candidates effectively Managing candidate relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the recruitment processSkills and Experience: Previous experience in a resourcer or recruitment role (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools is an advantageWhat We Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Opportunity to work with big accounts and gain valuable industry experience A supportive and friendly team environment Career growth opportunities within the companyHow to Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to with the subject line "Recruitment Resourcer Application
