As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance , and healthcare . You will ensure client satisfaction, identify new opportunities for growth, and act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored IT solutions. Client Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance , and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Account Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Axpe’s services (AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing clients. Project Management : Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects align with client expectations. Contract Renewals : Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring long-term client relationships. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates on account performance, project status, and client feedback. 3+ years of experience in account management within telecom, banking, insurance , or healthcare . ~ Strong knowledge of AI, cloud solutions, data analytics , and ServiceNow . ~ Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions. ~ Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
