Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Monday to Friday * Week 1: 6AM - 1400PM * Week 2: 10AM - 6PM * Call out at 1 week in 5 with £90 pounds payment plus weekly use of van and 4 hours minimum paid if called out Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Engineer (FM) providers, we are now looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to join our team dedicated to our client's Production facility in Southampton, by the docks. The site consists of corporate offices and Production buildings which are critical to the customer's UK operation in the production for components in the military aerospace sector. Here, you will work with another engineer to complete planned and reactive maintenance across Electrical systems, plus some mechanical and fabric repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Engineer to advance their career working for a world class employer on a fast paced and challenging site Actions will include: * Responsibility for PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded. * Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include Electrical, Fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks. * To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. * To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
