Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an independent property and construction consultancy with a strong reputation for excellence in cost management and quantity surveying. They are looking to expand their Leeds office with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, focusing on the delivery of retail projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering. Manage contracts and ensure compliance. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Oversee post-contract services, including cost control and final accounts. Qualifications and Experience: Previous consultancy experience MRICS qualified Previous experience working on retail projects is preferred but not essential Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
