Site Manager - Fire Door Project

Our client is a construction led fire protection/prevention company that specialise within the social housing sector. Due to an increase in contracts (Projects) within Kent & London, they’re recruiting a site manager on a freelance basis to oversee a fire door project near Folkestone, Kent. The site manager will be managing the fire door replacements across a number of residential units. They will be reporting directly to the contracts manager producing frequent progress reports. Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to): * Manage daily running of project to complete work to quality, time and compliance. * All aspects of Health and safety * Progress reporting to contracts manager * Ensuring materials and labour are available in order to meet the programme * Management of trades carrying out the required works * Conform with Fire Protection & Prevention audit process * Attend and contribute within client meetings as necessary * To be considered for this role; experience within fire stopping or fire protection is preferred. You must have a SMSTS & CSCS card. IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT (start date immediately)
