If so, we want YOU to join the team as a Facilities Team Member!   About the Role As part of the facilities team, reporting to the Facilities Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of creating a world-class living environment for students. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of properties while delivering top-notch service to residents!   What You'll Do Respond Quickly to Feedback – Take ownership of maintenance requests and student concerns, ensuring timely resolutions. Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment – From repairs to routine checks, you'll ensure everything is in top condition, and no mess is left behind. General Maintenance – Work on door repairs, window fixes, fire alarms, fault finding, planned maintenance, and more. Health & Safety – Keep the environment safe for all, adhering to policies and responding to emergencies when needed.  Why Join?
