CNC Turner Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Monday - Thursday Rate of pay: £17.65 per hour * Day shift is 07:00 – 16.45pm * Shifts: 7am – 7pm (£20.65) 7pm – 7am (£24.06) * All shifts Monday-Thursday * Pension – Match up to 6% * Quarterly Production bonus Responsible for setting and operating allocated machinery you will be joining an established business on a permanent basis working Monday – Thursday. What you will be doing: * Turing a variety of components from 100mm – 3000mm in diameter with a range of materials and thickness * Inspection of tight tolerance using manual inspection arms ie Faro Arm * Lifting and slinging of components and tooling * Bespoke low batch manufacturing What you will bring to the team: * Qualified/apprentice trained in an engineering discipline * CNC Turning experience * Experience of setting and operating CNC machines * Used to working to tight tolerances * Experience of working to diameters ranging from 1 meter to 3 meters To be considered for this role please click “apply now” and submit a copy of your up to date CV
