I am working with my client at a large international firm in Central London, looking to hire a Real Estate Solicitor to join their team. The firm has a real estate team that spans two offices in the London area, so there is the option to work from Central London or Guildford. The team consists of around 8 Partners, a Legal Director, 8 Senior Associates, and 7 Associates, as well as a team of paralegals and support staff.
The role will be working on general acquisitions and disposals, leases, and real estate finance, representing the banks and developers/investors. The firm has a solid reputation for their real estate work, consistently being in the Legal 500 for the specialism.
The position is available due to a member of the team reducing their hours, as well as the team experience an increased demand for their services. It is now necessary to hire an experienced real estate solicitor to strengthen the team and plan for the busy times ahead.
Requirements:
- A university degree from a top UK university.
- 3PQE+ as a solicitor or equivalent.
- Experience working at a quality firm (City/international/boutique)
