Role Overview:

As the Head of Paid Social, you’ll lead the development and execution of paid social strategies across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving the success of our clients’ campaigns, managing a team of social media specialists, and ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends. This is a senior role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative insight, and hands-on expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing: Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee paid social strategies that align with client goals and deliver strong ROI. Lead the Paid Social team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous growth. Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, and ensure our strategies evolve accordingly. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Ensure campaigns are effectively targeted, on-brand, and delivering the best possible outcomes. Analyze performance data and refine strategies to optimize results. Client Relations: Work closely with key clients to understand their business objectives and develop paid social strategies that meet and exceed their expectations. Present strategies, campaign results, and insights to clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with other departments, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure an integrated approach to client campaigns. Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and creative approaches to keep our campaigns fresh and impactful.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of experience in paid social, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns. Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and working directly with clients. Skills: Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and internal teams.
