Vehicle Panel Beater

What you can expect as a Vehicle Panel Beater:

• Full Time/Permanent
• £15 - £18 per hour (Dependent on experience & qualifications)
• Fantastic and achievable bonus - £600 - £1000 per month
• Monday Friday - 45 hours a week
• NO Weekends
• Company will assist you in getting your ATA qualification

The Role of a Vehicle Panel Beater:

• Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer.
• Mending rusted parts of a vehicle s bodywork.
• Replacement of panels.
• Panel Repairs (Straightening and filling)
• Body Alignment
• Welding ARC, MIG, TIG and bonding
• Panel Beating (Major or Minor damage repair)
• Jig Work
• Filler Work
• Pin pulling
• Removing any dents in panels.
• Repairing minor scratches or making replacement panels.

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Panel Beating or be time served with over 4 years of experience.
• Hold a current valid driving licence
• Previous experience within an accident repair centre essential.
