Role: Senior E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager with a strategic mind and successful experience in managing and growing an E-commerce platform. You will manage the brand website and will be responsible and accountable for sales growth and profitability. This will be achieved partly through keeping our current database engaged with content that will drive them to purchase, but also working closely with the Marketing team to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition. In this role, you have to be prepared to get involved with various parts of the business and be adaptive to change.

We work with the Shopify platform, so we are looking for someone who can continue to grow this platform to its full potential by managing both the day-to-day trading of the site and any required upgrades.

Responsibilities

Develop the eCommerce strategy and tactical plan to deliver against department and business sales targets.

Maximise eCommerce sales performance through effective day-to-day management of the website including conversion, ATV and traffic.

Develop the eCRM and Loyalty strategy to increase engagement and maximise repeat purchase.

Create and drive strategies to deliver profitable sales.

Deliver website sales and performance reporting; producing daily, weekly and monthly reports, analysis and actions.

Oversee and manage the optimal performance of integrations across each digital touchpoint.

Project manage the development of the eCommerce platform, technical integrations with third party platforms and services.

ensure the brand tone-of-voice is consistent and inline with overall brand values.

Lead website initiatives to constantly improve the customer journey.

Consistently identify new and better ways of doing things to add value, streamline processes and create opportunities.

Inspire and lead the eCommerce Co-ordinator.



Knowledge, skills and experience:

Experience of delivering success on Shopify Plus.

2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Strong CRM experience with success in implementing and optimising lifecycle-based communications.

Results orientated and proactive in problem-solving

Confidence using ESPs.

Excellent analytical skills with a commercial drive.

Advanced communication skills.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Self-motivated, confident and assertive.

Strong influencing capabilities.



This is a Hybrid role, with 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office which is located on The Kings Road Chelsea, London SW3
