Contract Administrator needed for permanent vacancy in Caledonian Road. Working Hours - Monday - Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm Reporting Into - Helpdesk Manager My client is a leading maintenance provider who are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a permanent or temp to perm basis. The Helpdesk Administrator administrator will use the Avida system to schedule all pre-planned maintenance and any reactive works. Duties: • Manage your own portfolio of clients who you will work with daily. • Issuing and raising PO numbers. • Raising purchase order numbers and processing purchase order ledger invoices. • Managing engineers and their maintenance schedules, both reactive and PPM. • Logging and updating a Avida system If you have experience with the above and would like to know more, please do not hesitate to submit your up to date CV
