Accounts Payable Specialist

The client are a well known FMCG (alcohol) brand that are looking to add a permanent Accounts Payable Specialist to their team! The business are based in the City of London (London Bridge) and the successful candidate will be managing the end to end AP ledger. Client Details The team are incredible and they are looking for an AP Specialist that can manage the full purchase ledger. You will be joining a team of 10 people and will report directly into the Financial Controller. The business specialise in the manufacturing and distribution of alcohol, are world famous and the team have a brilliant working environment/culture. Description The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will: Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable ledger Processing the purchase ledger invoices (Apply online only) per week) Seeking approval from budget holders and stakeholders for invoice payments Processing of the weekly payment runs Monthly reconciliations Aged creditor reporting Management of the AP inbox Assisting with the migration from SAP to SAP4/HanaProfile The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will: Have approximately 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable MUST have prior experience working as a sole-Accounts Payable (ideally in a small finance team) Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, X-lookups, Summifs, Pivot Tables, Formulas) Prior working knowledge of the system SAP or SAP4/HANA (very highly desired) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Easy to get on with and good at working with a people across the wider businessJob Offer £35,000 - £40,000 Disc. bonus Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) Many additional benefits
