Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to KPIs
• Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing shift team
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, transport, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure health & safety regulations and quality standards are consistently met

About You:

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager in a logistics, manufacturing, or production environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex logistics challenges
• Solid understanding of health & safety and operational standards
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
