Primary Care 24 (PC24) are excited to share the position of Organisation Development Advisor. As a PC24 Organisational Development Advisor you will play a key part in the delivery of the Organisational Development and Culture workstreams of the People Strategy.Key responsibilitiesYou will support the Head of OD and Culture in organising and delivering training and wellbeing interventions and learning opportunities to support the workforce.You will manage the Learning Management System to ensure that all colleagues have access and maintain completion for their statuary and mandatory learning.You will build relationships across the organisation to understand any skill support training and development that is required and be able to facilitate and deliver successful support to our front-line colleagues.To will be key to driving forward the improvement of employee performance and the building of a strong learning and development culture, leading to improved outcomes for our patients.This role will be key in maintaining and developing our culture, keeping our values and mission at the heart of what we do, to build a skilled and cohesive workforce, working towards shared goals.About youCIPD Level 5, or working towardsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with both colleagues and external partnersExperience in facilitating and delivering training sessionsAbility to work under pressure and to tight and often changing deadlinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesUK driving licence advantageous but not essential What’s on offer?Permanent opportunity£27,000 to £30,000 per annum, DOE Located in Wavertree, L13 with travel to sites across Liverpool & SeftonNHS pension scheme27 days annual leave NHS car fleet scheme – T&Cs apply Casual dress working environment Ride to work schemeLong service awards About usPrimary Care 24 (PC24) is a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 1990, delivering NHS contracts exclusively.
