My client are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using MIG
Duties
- Fabricate and weld metal parts using MIG welding techniques
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and repair metal structures
- Work with sheet metal to create precise welds
- Perform stick welding when necessary
- Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot welding issues
Skills
- Proficient in MIG methods
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Competent in using power tools and hand tools
- able to read technical drawings
