Recruitment Consultant London £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven and experienced Recruiters, preferably with backgrounds in temp/contract Engineering recruitment, to join our team based in London. About us: Formed in 1990, Cooper Lomaz is one of the largest independent recruitment businesses in East Anglia. With a long history of working with the very best companies and candidates in the region, we are now entering a new phase of growth and thus seeking new Recruiters to join our brand new office situated in Fulham, London. We've started 2024 with a huge investment into our recruitment technology, with a brand new CRM System and a refresh of our technology suite. We've also implemented a number of initiatives throughout the business to ensure our people get all the support and guidance they need to success. About you: We are looking for people who are passionate about recruitment and providing a great service. You will be a natural communicator and someone that is able to build long-standing relationships. The Role: The role of a Temp/Contract Recruitment Consultant is a varied position, where you get to work with a range of exciting businesses and talented candidates. The role of a Recruiter is to build and manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job.
