Financial Services & Products Paralegal - Elite UK law firm - LondonTaylor Root have partnered with an elite UK law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their market leading Financial Services & Products team. This position is being offered on a permanent basis and will be based In the firms London office.The Firm A leading London based law firm, our client has a successful reputation for a unique combination market leading practice areas and well known client base, of whom, you will often find dominating their respective markets. The firm's practice areas are all ranked highly by the Legal 500 and Chambers, with Corporate, Finance and Funds being highlights.The Team The firms financial services group advises fund managers, advisers, other service providers and investors on a range of matters relating to their work and ongoing strategic issues.The Role You will predominantly focus on regulated funds and will provide additional general support across the group when required:Assisting with all areas related to UK-authorised funds, including fund establishment, modifications, mergers, closures, and handling ongoing inquiries.Preparing and submitting FCA applications and notification forms.Reviewing and processing updates to key fund documents, especially distribution agreements.Drafting investor circulars.Maintaining regular communication with clients and the FCA.Supporting fee-earners in their daily tasks.Providing assistance with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.The Ideal Candidate You will have at least 6 - 12 months prior experience working within either FS reg, Funds or Finance. Ideally this experience will have been gained with another leading law firm in London.Route to QualificationThe firm encourage Paralegals to apply for their training programme. This will become available after 6 months of employment and you will be eligible for the TC or SQE (candidate preference).
