The Role:

• PPM, servicing and repairs on Mechanical Equipment across the site including Plant Rooms, Fan Coils and Heat Pumps
• Support other trades where required.
• Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Level 3 Plumbing Qualification
• Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or construction.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
